Georgia Pediatric Program
GAPP (Georgia Pediatric Program) is a Medicaid program that provides services to medically fragile children in need of skilled nursing care with NO COST to the family. Services are provided in their homes and communities.In-Home Program
The Georgia Pediatric In-Home Nursing Program services medically fragile children, under 21 years of age. Children must require skilled nursing care and currently be receiving physician-ordered services to be considered eligible for this program.Medicaid & Katie Beckett

- We come out to your home to sign consent paperwork and to gather other required information
- EYL Health uploads paperwork to GAPP (GAPP has up to 30 days to approve)
- EYL Health recieves decision from GAPP
- EYL Health contacts you to schedule the Start of Care or to discuss Appeal Process
Private Insurance
- Contact EYL Health with insurance information to check Private Duty Nursing benefits/eligibility
- Prior Authorization process is started
- EYL Health contacts you to schedule the Start of Care
